The State of Hawaii Department of Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division requires private janitorial cleaning services for the East Hawaii Family Guidance center Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Tanabe, Curtis. The CONTRACTOR shall enter into a contract for furnishing services for an eleven-month (11) period commencing on December 1, 2025. The first term of the contract shall end on October 31, 2026. Subsequent extensions shall begin on the first day of November and end on the last day of October.
