Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their sealed bids to the purchasing office at 6400 Press Drive, Bashful Administration Building, Room #311. There is mandatory attendance required for a pre-bid conference and site visit at 10:30 a.m. in Administration Building Room #306, followed by the site visit at the Central Plant. Bidders must familiarize themselves with the local conditions where the work is to be performed as no additional compensation will be granted for any unusual difficulties encountered. Inquiries are accepted until November 3, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., and responses will be posted on the LAPAC-LA State Procurement website by November 6, 2025. Any required special accommodations should be communicated to the purchasing office at least seven days before the bid opening date.
