One-Call"), the Public Works Employment Verification Act, and the Act 114 FBI Fingerprint Report shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids. Each proposal shall be accompanied by an approved Surety Company's Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid. A certified check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid is also acceptable. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time of three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) Calendar Days. Bidders must submit qualifications statement with their bids, in the form required in the bidding documents, for their bid to be considered. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
