The project consists of the replacement of a camera-activated 4-way span wire-mounted signal system with a 2-pole/mast arm system and added pedestrian control. The scope includes: installation of 2 pole-mounted mast arms with concrete foundations, 8 mast arm-mounted signal heads, 13 mast arm-mounted signs, 2 pedestal poles, and 8 pedestrian displays and buttons; replacement of the pole-mounted signal controller and cabinet with a ground-mounted system and a battery backup; 200 linear feet of concrete curb replacement; 1,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk with 8 ADA ramps; and maintenance of the current signal system and traffic flow until project completion and activation. Printed copies require a deposit ($50.00 for hard copy, $15.00 for USB) payable by check, or are free via email. Full refunds are given for returned full sets in good condition within 10 days post-bid receipt. This project is subject to all state and local laws and regulations, and New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The Town of New Hartford retains the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, or rebid at their discretion.
