The work includes removal and disposal of existing architectural barriers including but not limited the removal of concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, existing non-compliant ramp if applicable, and adjusting to grade or relocation of utility vaults and signposts. It also includes minor grading of area where needed to accommodate the installation of a new PCC ADA compliant ramp done in accordance with the requirements of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, 2021 Edition and 2024 Standard Specifications Caltrans and the specifications defined herein. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity or informality in any bid to the extent permitted by law.
