The Department of Municipal Services & Operations has provided an annual funding allocation to rehabilitate, enhance or replace existing stormwater systems. Department staff evaluate stormwater systems based on modeled asset performance and inspection of asset conditions. Existing stormwater system segments are also monitored during rain events to note actual performance. Projects may utilize this contract at the discretion of the City based on future analysis and available funding. Each project will be unique and may require only a portion of the tasks or additional tasks. Engineering Services in this request include but are not limited to: Development Review and Permitting Services Preliminary and Final Design Services Project Bidding Services Project Construction Phases Services There is no Pre-Bid meeting scheduled. Interested firms may submit questions until the questions deadline. Questions Deadline: October 31, 2025, 12:00pm The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
