The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to permanently, legally, and correctly seal one groundwater well (environmental well) at the DNR Lands and Minerals Drill Core Library site located in Hibbing, Minnesota. The unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and all else necessary for completion of the project. Bidders must download, complete, and upload the attached price schedule found in the comments and attachments. Responses will only be accepted on the price schedule included with the event, which should be uploaded in either a Microsoft Excel 97-2003 Worksheet (.xls), Microsoft Excel 2010 Worksheet (.xlsx), or as a PDF. Award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the solicitation will result in bid rejection. DNR will determine if the vendor meets specifications.
