The work includes: The project, titled "St. Louis CountyAnnex Raised Floor Diffusers," is a mechanical and controls renovation at Hibbing Annex Building located at 181414th Ave E, Hibbing, Minnesota. The project is managed by St. Louis County Property Management and involves the demolition and installation of raised floor diffusers, as well as modifications to mechanical and controls systems per attached plans dated 08/06/2025. o Demolition: Removing existing raised floor panels, diffusers, sensors/thermostats and control actuators. The demolition will also include removing existing equipment and controls. Salvage existing floor panels for repurposing in the existing raised floor system. o Installation: Installing new raised floor diffusers and related components. The contractor will replace existing control actuators and control valves as needed. Contractor responsible for testing, adjusting, and balancing to meet design flow rates as indicated by drawings or in the specifications. o System Upgrades: The project involves installing new space sensors/thermostats, control valve replacement/modifications and VFD replacements.
