Renovation of a transportation facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This replacement 120,000 square feet, single-story cargo facility has been planned with approximately 95,000 square feet of cargo area, and 25,000 square feet of mezzanine office space along with landside maneuvering depth from West Field Road for approximately 30 trucks. The Project also has an ancillary Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility (Building 742) of approximately 17,000 square feet on site, but not physically connected, to the cargo facility. In order to construct the new facilities, demolition of the existing Building 730 will be required. Description of the Trade Package Scope of Work: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND QUALIFICATION: Supply and installation of complete exterior glazing systems for Building 742 and Building 720.1, covering a combined surface area of approximately 13,000 square feet. The scope includes, but is not limited to, glazing systems and storefront doors, door hardware, and auto operators. There is an add-alternate for skylights at Building 720.1. CMD LBE Participation Requirement: 16%
