The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms to collect topobathymetric LiDAR (green LiDAR) that will be used to support 2D HEC-RAS modelling focused on habitat assessments in the 15 Mile Reach (15 MR) of the Colorado River. The Department may award to a single or multiple offerors capable of fulfilling the Agency's project needs.
