Site work for a civil project in Alma, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each BIDDER will be required to submit with his proposal, a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable, without condition, to the City Clerk, Alma, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to construct above grade valve vault lift station including submersible pumps, valves, piping, force main connection, force main cleanout assemblies, demolition of existing dry well spare pump modifications to existing wet well, electrical modifications and other such work as may be incidental to SOUTH STREET LIFT STATION REHABILITATION. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial. Bids received after the specified time of closing will be returned unopened. Question Deadline 11/03/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
