Demolition and site work for a hospitality development in Malone, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
The existing building consists of approximately 68,000 SF with 6 stories above grade and a basement. The demolition will require DOT permitting for WZTC along Route 11 and Route 30. Tipping Fees shall be covered by the County A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or acceptable Sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding.
