SCOPE: Franklin County invites qualified, experienced contractors to submit sealed Bids for the purchase and install of a new Advance 18'-31 1/2 x 12'-61 1/2 cooler freezer combi. Franklin County will provide the concrete Slab SPECIFICATIONS: Install new Advance cooler Freezer combi with 5" white galvalume urethane foam panels and aluminum plywood reinforced floor. Flash to building, install membrane roof with sloped foam installation. Install remote refrigeration units on the roof, ACR copper refrigerant lines, copper condensaye drains to outdoors, insulated and heat traced in freeze, install three LED fixtures, (1 in the cooler, 1 in the hallway, and 1 in the freezer). 36" commercial steel entry door with window, closer withhold-open, crash bar and exit light, standard 36" cooler and freezer doors with stainless kick plates, pressure relief vent on freezer, install all electrical wiring in conduit or seal tite. Provide a three year warranty. All Parts and materials are provided by the contractor along with all labor. The County will provide the concrete slab.
