Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plymouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposals are invited for the signalization design for a new section of sidewalk recently constructed in the Blue Acres (Plymouth) area of the Municipality of Pictou County (MOPC). The Municipality of Pictou County (MOPC) added sidewalks in the Blue Acres area of Plymouth in 2025. CBCL completed a lighting report dated July 4, 2025 (CBCL Report) which outlined options for improved pedestrian signalization. This RFP calls for the design and cost estimating of systems that could be installed to improve pedestrian signalization in the area per the recommendations of the CBCL report. The pedestrian signalization could include rapid flashing beacons, signage or other elements.
