The RM of Clinworth No. 230 is seeking proposals from interested parties wishing to custom crush approximately 40,000 cubic yards of 3/4 " road gravel and stockpile the material at the pit located on PT SE 04-24-24 W3. The gravel crush will be a 3/4 " standard road gravel. The total amount of gravel to be crushed is approximately 40,000 cubic yards at one location, an existing pit located on PT SE 04-24-24 W3. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for providing all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and all other things necessary for the complete supply of the work as indicated or intended by the specifications of this proposal. The successful bidder will be required to provide periodic testing of the crushed gravel. The volume of gravel to be crushed may be increased at the same rate listed in the successful proposal. The crush to be completed by May 1, 2026. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the site conditions. No liability shall accrue to the Municipality for its decision in this regard. The lowest-cost or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality is not obliged to award a contract to any Bidder pursuant to this Request for Proposal.
