Plumbing repair services Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, but not in excess of $20,000.00 and shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Burlington. The Consent of Surety must be on the form provided in the Bid Documents. The Performance Bond must be drawn to the Board of Commissioners of the County of Burlington. It must be provided in substantially the format as found at N.J.S.A. 2A: 44-147, a copy of which is included in the bid specifications. No Performance Payment Bond will be accepted by the Board of Commissioners unless there is attached thereto a Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification in substantially the form provided in the bid specifications. If the prevailing wage rate prescribed for any craft by the United States Secretary of Labor is not the same as the prevailing wage rate prescribed for that craft by the New Jersey Department of Labor, the contractor shall pay the higher rate.
