Sealed proposals are requested for the supply of two (2) new, unused Flygt Model NP-3301.095 submersible pumps or an owner-approved equivalent. Interested bidders may obtain a complete description of the goods and services, along with estimated quantities, by submitting a contract/bid request form. All bid submittals must be properly signed, sealed, and include one bound original hard copy, one unbound copy, and bid security. Bids must be submitted using the standard bid proposal form and should clearly display the bidder's name, address, contract name, and contract number on the envelope. Bidders must fully acquaint themselves with site conditions before submitting proposals, as no claims for additional costs due to lack of such awareness will be allowed. Bidders must warrant in the bid documents that they are familiar with existing site conditions at the time of submission. The selected bidder is required to sign the contract within ten days of the Notice of Award. All proposals must comply with relevant state laws and regulations, including those related to corporate ownership disclosure, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and New Jersey Business Registration requirements. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial defects or informalities.
