Demolition, site work and paving for a municipal facility in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade, one-story below grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

The work consists of asbestos abatement, demolition of a one-story building with a partial basement, site safety, and restoration of the site with dense-graded aggregate and HMA paving. Bidders must use the standard Bid form included in the contract documents, enclosing bids in a sealed envelope marked with the bidder's name, address, and the Project title. Each bid must include all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist and a bid guarantee of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority, delivered with the bid. Bidders must comply with all referenced laws. The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids, waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, and shall reject any bid containing material nonconformities or which is materially nonresponsive. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder if all bids are not rejected.
