Professional Cleaning, Sanitizing, And Disinfecting Of Various Buildings Proposals must be submitted in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications and instructions located on the electronic procurement platform. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, but not in excess of $20,000.00 and shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Burlington. The Consent of Surety must be on the form provided in the bid documents. Proposers must submit a copy of the bid guarantee and the consent of surety at the time of bid through online. Failure to submit copies of said documents by the deadline bids are due shall result in rejection of the bid submission. Additionally, proposers must submit the original bid bond and consent of surety by the deadline bids are due. Said documents shall be delivered to the County, in a sealed envelope plainly marked with name and address of the proposers and complete bid title and number as shown on the cover of the specifications. Failure to submit said original documents to the County, by the deadline bids are due, shall result in the rejection of the bid submission. The sealed envelopes will be returned to the sender unopened. The Performance and Payment Bond must be drawn to the Board of Commissioners of the County of Burlington in an amount equal to the contract amount. It must be provided in substantially the format as found at N.J.S.A. 2A: 44-147, a copy of which is included in the bid specifications. No Performance Payment Bond will be accepted by the Board of Commissioners unless there is attached thereto a Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification in substantially the form provided in the bid specifications. The County is not responsible for any proposal not submitted on time.
