a) Elevator Car #4 in the A Wing - Modernization: Provide modernization of one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator. The capacity of the elevator shall be 2,100 pounds with five (5) landings (front and back). Refer to Specification Section 142423 - "Technical Specifications for the Modernization of One (1) Hydraulic Passenger Elevator at Rancocas Valley Regional High School" for specific elevator modification requirements. Additionally, provide maintenance service on the completed elevator for one year per specification section 140120 - "Owners Form of Vertical Transportation Maintenance Agreement and Specifications for Full Coverage on One (1) Hydraulic Elevator at Rancocas Valley Regional High School". Refer to the contract documents (drawings and specifications) for a complete project scope of work. Sealed bids are invited for the Rancocas Valley Regional High School 2026 Elevator Modernization. Bidders must ensure their bid is received by the Business Administrator by the time and date specified. Bids should be sent to the provided address, enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope marked with both the bidder's name and the project name. A Lump Sum Bid for all work and materials is required. Bidders and specified Prime Subcontractors must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) with the relevant classification. Electronic copies of bid documents may be obtained upon request. All bids must include a form of bid security amounting to 10% of the base bid, not exceeding $20,000. The project is governed by New Jersey law concerning prequalification, prevailing wage rates, use of domestic materials, and ownership disclosure certification.
