LOSB UTILIZATION PLAN (20% goal) if there are any questions on the above bid, please contact Sonja Worthy in writing in the Purchasing Department at Sonja.worthy@shelbycountytn.gov Generators for the Division of Corrections Shelby County wishes to engage the Vendor(s) selected through a competitive process that will work well with the County's personnel in the performance of the Goods/Services, in a cost-effective manner, and applying the SCG LOSB Ordinances. The intent of this request is for Shelby County Government to acquire two (2) new and unused generators for installation at the Division of Corrections: 1. Outright sale of equipment: Furnish one Cummins C150D6D, 120/208v with 24- hour fuel tank or equivalent, one Cummins OTEC Nema 1, 600a Non-Service Rated ATS 2. Outright sale of equipment: Furnish one Cummins C175D6D, 120/208v with 24- hour fuel Tank or equivalent, one Eaton Nema 1, 1200 a Service Rated ATS The work is during normal business hours 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Pricing also includes all material and labor stated here as well as permit fees when and where required. Shelby County Government Division of Corrections agrees to provide access to Code Enforcement inspectors after the work has been completed. Please refer to the Award section, which adds details on full/partial proposals/awards. The Provider must be prepared to begin within 10 days upon receipt of written Notice to Proceed The deadline for submitting questions will be Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (CST).
