Renovation of a multi-residential development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade, five-unit multi-residential development.
The scope of work is for the renovation, improvements, and repairs to five dwelling units at Montgomery Plaza, Memphis, TN. Bidders are required to provide construction services for these tasks. Interested bidders should obtain bid documents, which are available for purchase at Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, or online at www.mhaplanroom.com. Bidders should reference the project name and solicitation number when requesting documents and are responsible for all associated costs. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held, and site visits can be scheduled for the provided dates. While attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference and site visits is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged. The Memphis Housing Authority encourages minority and small business participation in this procurement. Bids must be submitted to the MHA Capital Improvements Department by the deadline stated in the notice.
