Renovation of a conference / convention center in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 50,400-square-foot conference / convention center.
**As of February 16th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** All times are CT. Award of contract will be determined by MMG and will be based on the criteria outlined in the rfp. Bidders are required to have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing large commercial roofing applications in a facility or Convention Center comparable to the RCC. A request for an exception to this or any other requirement must be approved in writing by MMG prior to the bid deadline. Unsigned bids will be considered nonconforming. Bids containing terms and conditions other than those contained herein, may be considered nonconforming. PERFORMANCE BOND REQUIRED: A Performance Bond in the amount of the bid must accompany the proposal. Said instrument is to remain in effect until the completed work has been accepted by MMG. Questions regarding the Performance Bond should be directed in writing via email to Chuck Jabbour, Director of Finance, at cjabbour@memphisrcc.com. All bonds shall be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee. MMG reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
