Shelby County Government, on behalf of the Memphis MPO, is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified Vendors to provide On-Call Transit Planning Services. These services will include traffic impact analysis, fiscal and land use analyses, assistance with the development of the Memphis MPO's Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) update, and the creation and implementation of transit strategies that further the agency's long-term goals, while ensuring all work complies with ADA standards and accessibility requirements.
