Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kent, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of sidewalk and roadway improvements on 83rd Avenue S near S 224th Street and on 132nd Avenue SE near SE 278th Place, including storm drainage, illumination, flashing beacon, and other utility work. A cashier's check, cash or surety bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be included with the bid. The Engineer's estimated range for this project is approximately $1,150,000 to $1,450,000.
