Site work for a water / sewer project in Erwin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Unit price sealed bids for the 2025 Natural Gas System Rehabilitation will include the rehabilitation (smart pig, testing, purging) of approximately 8,300 feet of existing 6-inch steel gas main and installation of approximately 220 feet of 6 inch steel and 6 inch valves, tie-ins, smart pigging, clean pigging, pressure testing and purging, erosion control and other appurtenances as set out in plans and specifications. The project location is in Unicoi County, TN. All bidders must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities is reserved by the owner. All bidders must be contractors licensed in the State of Tennessee. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned unopened. Bids are required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1976, TCA Title 62, Chapter 6. No bid will be opened unless the sealed envelope contains the license number, the date of the license's expiration, and that part of his classification applying to the bid.
