Site work for a pipeline in Erwin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.

Unit price sealed bids for the 2026 Natural Gas System Rehabilitation will include the installation of approximately 1,500 feet of 4-inch MDPE and the relocation of an existing regulation station, installation of approximately 20 feet of 6-inch steel, MDPE valve, tie-ins, pigging, pressure testing and purging, erosion control and other appurtenances as set out in plans and specifications. Each Bidder will be required to provide the required information on the outside of their sealed bid envelope. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS AND TO WAIVE TECHNICALITIES IS RESERVED BY THE OWNER. ALL BIDDER'S MUST BE CONTRACTORS LICENSED IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening bids. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1976, TCA Title 62, Chapter 6. No bid will be opened unless the sealed envelope contains the license number, the date of the license's expiration, and that part of his classification applying to the bid.
