Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
This project includes selective demolition of locker rooms, bathrooms, and offices at the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities Field Office to rearrange for a new layout of rooms and doors. The trades involved in this project are demolition, finishes, painting, flooring, masonry, electrical, millwork, plumbing, and minor HVAC work. Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes, and 100% Performance & Payment Bonds are required of the awarded contractor. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 15% MBE and 8% WBE, and these must be met separately. Bidders are encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of the Bidding Documents.
