Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Sealed proposals endorsed Asphaltic Concrete, FB2634 to be furnished to the City of Winston-Salem will be received. Instructions for submitting bids and complete specifications may be obtained from the City/County Purchasing Department during regular office hours. The procurement method is a multistep competitive sealed bid consisting of Phase 1 – Unpriced Technical Proposals and Phase 2 – Price Proposal/Reverse Auction. Bidders shall submit unpriced technical proposals, which include all requirements per this IFB, by the IFB due date and time. Interested bidders are required to reach out directly to the Owner to obtain a set of the bidding documents.
