Wentzville RIV School District (hereinafter "District") is seeking qualifications for Professional Civil Engineering Services from reputable, licensed Firms (hereafter "FIRM"), for the purpose of providing all aspects of planning, engineering and construction administration for projects. This could include, but not limited to; redesigning, additions, renovations, of all current WSD facilities along with new construction. The District requires long range planning of all current and new facilities and to meet fiduciary requirements. Question Deadline 10/17/2025 at 10:00 AM CT Any questions, interpretations, or clarifications must be submitted through online. This RFQ requests a great amount of detail to avoid delays, misunderstanding, and to simplify the evaluation of qualifications. Firms are requested to respond to each specification. These services will be for a period of five (5) years beginning December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2030. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal for any reason, to accept any proposal that serves the District's best interest, or to reject all proposals and issue a new solicitation. The District may waive any technicalities or minor irregularities in the specifications or proposal documents. The District reserves the right to terminate any resulting agreement upon 30 days' written notice if necessary. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to: budget constraints, changes in District needs, discontinued use of the product or service, or poor vendor performance.
