Box 1177, Aiken, SC 29802 This project consists of a new landscape irrigation system for this property in accordance with the included irrigation construction drawings by Smith Turf & Irrigation (STI) dated 12-06-24. Electrical Components, Devices, and Accessories are to be listed and labeled as defined in NFPA 70, Article 100, by a testing agency acceptable to authorities having jurisdiction, and marked for intended use. Existing irrigation infrastructure shall be left abandoned in place. Contractor should anticipate weekly project meetings with park staff and/or relevant City of Aiken staff. The contractor shall maintain a safe work area around the facility. The worksite shall be secured and cleaned up daily (nails, debris, equipment, etc.) The contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of all construction materials and debris with close attention to the removal of sharp objects from the work area. As built must be provided at the end of the job. Owner will check to make sure that the as built is installed as shown.
