CLE-USR50-11.47 PID No. 124681 Village of Owensville The services include preparation of preliminary (Stage 1) construction contract plans, including Stage 1 construction estimates and preliminary right of way plans for 1,850 feet of 6 wide detached sidewalk on Main Street (U.S. Route 50) between 334 Main Street and the Clermont County Public Library on the north side, and 309 Main Street and Brushy Fork Road on the south side in the Village of Owensville, Clermont County with a project length of approximately 0.38 miles. Additionally, a rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) pedestrian crossing with pavement markings and ADA compliant curb ramps will be installed. See included concept plans for scope. Estimated Construction Cost: $1,150,202.00 Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant. For Agreements That Require Prequalification in Financial Management System Evaluation, the Prime Consultant and All Subconsultants That Provide Engineering and Design Related Services Must Be Prequalified in This Category It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by January 2026. The selected Consultant team will be expected to follow the Ellis schedule included in the LPA scoping document. The schedule following the Stage 1 submission will be finalized if additional funding is secured.
