Replacement of HVAC at Ladson SCDMV. QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 10/10/2025 12:00 PM Scope of work: 1) LOTO power for condenser and the AHUs 2) Recover any existing refrigerant 3) Valve off gas line 4) Unwire condenser, AHUs, and controls 5) Unhook line sets, remove and dispose of existing equipment (Fill out Chain of Custody sheet that will be provided by facilities on site) 6) Flush existing line sets 7) Provide a crane to remove and set the new condenser 8) Set new condenser on concrete pad, hook up wiring, and connect to the existing lineset 9) Unhook ductwork from furnace AHUs, remove and dispose of old furnaces and AC coils 10) Set new furnace AHUs in place, install a new single circuit AC coil with twinning kit on top of furnaces and connect to existing lineset 11) Replace the exterior disconnect that has overheated wire and terminal connection 12) Hook up power and existing control wiring 13) Make necessary supply and return transitions to ductwork, seal and insulate. 14) Solder in line sets, pressure test solder joints, pull vacuum 15) Release factory charge and add additional refrigerant, commission, and test run unit for proper function 16) Clean up work area 17) Work to be performed during normal business hours (Monday Friday 8:30 to 5:00 crane work needs to be completed prior to customers arrival) 18) All safety standards shall be in place to provide necessary protection 19) Any disturbed paving, curbing, soil, grass, buildings, etc. must be returned to original condition by the contractor at completion of work
