The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, insurance, permits, and other services necessary for a complete installation or maintenance of street lights, traffic signals, signing, and pavement markings for the City of Fort Worth Transportation and Public Works Department. Services will be provided for City roadways and right-of-way per the attached specifications. Services will be initiated upon acceptance by the Contractor of a work order bearing the authorizing signature of the Project Manager prior to commencing work at the site. No work is to be performed without an official City of Fort Worth work order, except in emergency cases as specified. All services include traffic control devices and related costs, and all traffic control methods must meet the requirements specified by the FHWA in the “Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD) for Streets and Highways.” Questions Due Date: Nov 14th 2025, 2:00 PM CST Intent to Bid Due Date: Nov 20th 2025, 2:00 PM CST
