Renovation of a medical facility in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project Description: This project consists of the interior renovation of approximately 1,860 square feet of CT imaging space on the first and ground floor of the Margaret R. Pardee Memorial Hospital. Bid Bond: A 5% Bid Bond must accompany each bid, as required by N.C.G.S. 143-129(b) Performance and Payment Bonds: The selected bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount, per N.C.G.S. 143-129(c) Licensure: All bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes (NC General Contractors License) The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Hospital.
