The City of Saint John is inviting a fee proposal from qualified and experienced companies for the provision of Roof System Maintenance Services for various City-owned buildings, with over 60 City-owned buildings included in this agreement (as listed in Appendix B). The scope of services includes maintenance, preventative maintenance, and responding to service calls for roof system repairs as required. Services must be carried out as directed by the Manager of the Facility Management Division or their designate. The agreement excludes water and wastewater treatment buildings. The term of the agreement is for one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods if mutually agreed upon. The City reserves the right to add or delete any building from the agreement without penalty at any point during the contract. Bidders are required to submit online submissions only. Bid opportunity notices and a free preview of bid documents are available on the specified site, but some documents may require registration to download.
