Reference Number 0000401493 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:11/24/2025 The Township of Armada ("Township") and Village of Armada ("Village") are seeking competitive pricing for single hauler waste collection and disposal services. In order to facilitate the implementation of single hauler waste collection and disposal services, the Township and Village will adopt Waste Collection and Disposal Ordinances ("Ordinances"). Through this competitive bidding process, the Township and Village will select a single hauler in accordance with this Invitation to Bid, the Single Hauler Collection and Disposal Scope of Services, Bid Form documents, the Contract, and the respective ordinances. The proposed contract term is five years, beginning on March 1, 2026, and ending on February 28, 2031. Single family generation sites under contract for waste collection and disposal services with a contractor other than the successful single hauler as of March 1, 2026, will be allowed to transition to the new single hauler the sooner of: (a) the expiration of the existing service contract; or (b) February 28, 2027.
