Sealed bids are requested by the Winslow Township Board of Education for high school serving line upgrades (Bid Number 2026-07) along with all work incidental to the project, in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by EI Associates. The contract is a single overall contract for the serving line upgrades. Bidders must be registered with the Division of Revenue and Department of Labor and submit current prequalification certificates issued by the DPMC for one of the following classifications: General Contractor with a DPMC Classification of C008 General Construction, General Contractor with DPMC Classification of C009 General Construction/Alterations and Additions, or Food Service Equipment Contractor with a Classification of C104 Food Service Equipment. In addition, the bidder must submit a current prequalification certificate issued to the bidder or its subcontractor by the DPMC for Food Service Equipment (C104 if C009 is the prime), Plumbing (C030), and Electrical (C047) trades. Each bidder must also be registered pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act and provide valid and current registration certificates for themselves and their subcontractors. A Consent of Surety must also be submitted, stating that the surety will provide a performance/payment bond in the full amount of the contract. All bids must comply with specified requirements, including submission of a Business Registration Certificate and a Political Contribution Disclosure Form, compliance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-20, the Prevailing Wage Act, New Jersey and National Apprenticeship Acts, Laws Against Discrimination, Affirmative Action Regulations, and other statutory requirements. Any questions received after this date will not be addressed. Removal of existing Serving Line Equipment and installation of new Serving Line Equipment at the existing High School site. The project includes associated Electrical work to service the equipment.
