Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Columbus, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is accepting proposals from qualified businesses to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk Services for the East Main Street Corridor High-Capacity Bus Rapid Transit Improvements (RFQ# 25-041). Submissions must be received through COTA's online Procurement and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Management System portal. Prospective vendors are encouraged to visit the portal to download the specifications and scope of work and register for notification of future solicitations. Proposers must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals. No business will be subject to discrimination based on race, color, sex, physical handicap, religion, or national origin when considering an award of contract. The Central Ohio Transit Authority reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. All questions concerning this RFQ shall be uploaded in the online bidding portal by 5:00 PM EST on October 29, 2025
