Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received for the Water Tower Project. Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from Verdantas, LLC. The bidder is responsible for checking for addenda and obtaining them from the website. Bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information can be viewed and/or downloaded for free online. There is a non-refundable cost for physical or electronic copies of the documents. Ohio Preference laws apply, requiring the use of Ohio products, materials, services, and labor, to the extent practicable, and contractor compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code. Domestic steel use requirements for load-bearing structural purposes as specified in Ohio law apply. The contract is funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program, and the successful bidder will be subject to Section 3 requirements of the Housing and Urban Development Act. Build America, Buy America provisions apply for CDBG funding.
