Reference Number 0000304917 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/31 01:00:00 PM EDT The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain janitorial services for the U.S. Embassy Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) Guard Huts, Facility Shop, Mail Screening Facility and GSO/Warehouse. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in accordance with service schedules in all designated spaces for CMR Guard Huts including washrooms, Facility Shop, Mail screening facility and GSO/Warehouse. The contract will be for a one year period from the date indiacted in the notice to proceed, with four (4) one-year options. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. Base year start date March 1, 2026 through to February 28, 2027 Plus four (4) option years to exercise Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
