Reference Number 0000304831 Question Acceptance Deadline Oct 29, 2025 02:00 PM EDT This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to solicit all-inclusive rates from interested and qualified suppliers for the provision of General Contracting (GC) Vendor of Record (VOR) services on an “as and when needed” basis for Facility Management Services (FMS) projects having value estimated at less than $10,000, excluding taxes which BGIS performs in respect of buildings, facilities and properties within the Infrastructure Ontario (IO) Portfolio. The intent of the issued RFSO is to refresh the General Contractors VOR supporting Facility Management Services by entering into new BGIS Agreements. SW/ARCW Vendor’s will need to submit a bid response in order to be considered for this type of work. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
