Renovation of an educational facility in Larchmont, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for door replacements at Murray Avenue Elementary School and Chatsworth Avenue Elementary School. A detailed description of the work is included in the bid specifications. Bidders must obtain complete sets of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications from designated sources to be recognized as official plan holders. All bidders must be fully familiar with the site and are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference and site walkthrough. Each bid proposal must include bid security and comply with all terms and conditions specified, including minimum wage rates and prevailing wage requirements. Certified payroll submission is required, and compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing the project is mandatory, including equal employment opportunity requirements. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, or accept the bid deemed in the district's best interest.
