Site work and renovation of a civil project in Thousand Oaks, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Design and construction to stabilize approximately 1,000 feet of Conejo Creek channel adjacent to the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant access road and restore the natural habitat impacted from the 2018 Hill Fire which led to significant streambank erosion. The project would remove non-native vegetation in the project area, make necessary slope restoration and streambank protection enhancements, and integrate planting of native plants and trees to restore the integrity of the streambank and provide canopy cover and natural habitat restoration. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
