Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Thousand Oaks, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of the removal and replacement of existing concrete improvements, including sidewalks, driveway aprons, curbs and gutters, and all related appurtenant work as shown in the contract documents. The project also includes the modification and reconstruction of existing concrete curb ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for accessibility. Additional work may include minor grading, adjustment of utility covers, restoration of disturbed areas, traffic control, and all other incidental work necessary to provide a complete and functional project. The work will be performed at various locations throughout the City of Thousand Oaks. Question Deadline 12/03/2025 at12.00 PM PT Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be Submission Deadline: December 10, 2025, 3:30pm immediately brought to the attention of the City by submission of a written request to the City for an interpretation or correction. Such submission, if any, must be sent to the Project Manager by emailing to pizadi@toaks.gov. All questions must be received no later than 3:30 pm at least 7 calendar days prior to bid opening. End Date 05/16/2026
