This Project is Being Supported With Treasury, Coronavirus Stateand Local Recovery Fund, and American Rescue Plant Act Grant Funding. Therefore, Certain Restrictions and Other Federal Requirements Attach to This Opportunity. A Bid Bond or Certified Check for Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount Must Accompany Eachbid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in Theamount of His Bid and Shall, Before Entering on the Work of Said Contract, Be Licensed as a Contractor of the Claiborne County Government. The Owner Reserves the Right Towaive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids. Question Deadline 03/13/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) at P.O. Box 1425, Middlesboro, KY 40965 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
