As of December 04, 2025, project was awarded to Wengerd Construction, but awarded amount is not available. Award date: 11/17/2025 Wayne County Government is accepting Sealed Bids for the following project: Accepting sealed bids for a 24 x 30 x 12 timber framed covered pavilion including delivery, installation and set-up. Materials to be included 8 x 8 x 10post, 8 x 8 beams, 6 x 6 rafters with a pitch of 6/12, solid decking top and ends, black tin and trim. A concrete base of 4 x 24 x 30 will need to be included. This building will be built at the Beech Creek Community Center and Fire Hall located at 5775 Beech Creek Road, Waynesboro, TN. Wayne County Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
