Description

Renovation of a residential development in Hollywood, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

As of 10/28/2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award was not determined. The Town of Meggett invite all licensed contractors to bid on Meggett Project the encapsulation of a residential crawlspace. The bid should include the brand name and model number of all installed equipment, i.e. sump pump and dehumidifier. Equipment options are encouraged but not a requirement of this bid. Figure 1.1 is a representation of the overall square footage of the residential dwelling; the bid should all areas within the crawlspace necessary area to achieve the desired goal/outcome.
