eparate sealed bids for the Crestview Bypass 12-Inch Water Main and Installation of Two Pressure Reducing Valve will be accepted from qualified Contractors Description of Work: The work for Contract No. WM-1 includes providing all material, labor and equipment necessary to complete the construction and installation of approximately 3,270 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main, two (2) pressure reducing valves and associated appurtenancesin precast concrete vaults, and connectionsto the existing 12-inch water main including 6-inch ductile iron pipe and 6-inch and 12-inch gate valves. The work includestrench excavation and backfill, pipe and valve installation and testing, pipe crossing of a tributary of Antietam Creek, air release valve in manhole, site grading and restoration, storm water management devices, road paving and traffic control per SHA standards, and all appurtenances and associated work. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
