Finance assistance for this project is provided via an LSA Grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) and a PADEP Grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Silver Spring Township is requesting bids for the construction of the Silver Spring Township Compost Facility - Phase 1. The project includes bulk earthwork, grading, stormwater management controls, and erosion and sediment controls for future parcel and compost facility development. Bids must include bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10%. All questions regarding the bidding documents must be submitted via PennBid, with telephone inquiries not permitted.
